This fully integrated single-output synchronous buck regulator delivers up to 40 A from a 5 V to 17 V input. It provides a digitally controlled 0.25 V to 2.65 V output and supports Intel SVID and I2C interfaces. A fast constant-on-time control engine is used for fast transient response, and the device includes power-good, over-voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and thermally compensated internal over-current protection. The part is qualified for industrial applications and is offered in the PG-IQFN-36-3 package.
