The TLE4964-3M is an integrated unipolar Hall effect switch for highly accurate automotive position detection. It operates from a 3 V to 32 V supply over a -40 °C to 170 °C temperature range and uses an open-collector output. Infineon specifies typical magnetic thresholds of 12.5 mT operate, 9.5 mT release, and 3 mT hysteresis. The device includes reverse-polarity tolerance to -18 V, 42 V overvoltage capability without an external resistor, output overcurrent and overtemperature protection, active error compensation, and typical 0.35 µs jitter.
