This GMR-based magnetic angle sensor provides 360° position measurement with 15-bit resolution and an SPI interface. It is pre-configured and pre-calibrated for use, and a programmable E²PROM allows the sensor configuration to be adapted. The device supports high-speed applications, includes on-device linear angle compensation, and uses an AUTOSAR-compliant CRC interface. It operates from -40°C to 125°C, supports a magnetic field range of 25 mT to 80 mT, and is specified for a supply voltage range of -0.3 V to 26 V. This orderable variant is AEC-Q100 qualified, uses the PG-TDSO-16-1 package, and is classified QM.
