TLV4961-3TA is a bipolar Hall latch for contactless position sensing and index counting with a pole wheel. It operates from a 3 V to 26 V supply over a -40 °C to 125 °C temperature range and typically draws 1.6 mA. The device uses an open-collector output and includes active error compensation, 4 kV HBM ESD protection, and output overcurrent and overtemperature protection. It is supplied in a TO92S through-hole package and is intended for low-cost consumer and BLDC rotor position sensing applications.
