It includes 16 KB of SRAM, 55 digital I/O pins, 12 A/D input lines, two CAN nodes, and four serial I/O interfaces supporting I²S, I²C, SPI, and UART. The device operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V over a -40°C to 105°C temperature range. It is supplied in a PG-VQFN-64 package with tape-and-reel packing and is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
