Supports polarity reversal and includes an on-chip ring relay driver. Operates with supply voltages of 5V, -9V, -12V, -15V, -18V, -24V, and -28V, with a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The dual small outline package measures 15.6mm x 7.6mm x 2.45mm with a 1.27mm pin pitch.
