The PEF 20525 is an 80-pin LFBGA packaged synchronous serial controller from Intel. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is designed for surface mount applications. The device has a maximum data rate of 12.5 Mbps and a typical supply current of 50 mA. It can operate with a supply voltage as high as 3.6V and as low as 3V.
