8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register featuring true outputs and right-hand serial counting. Operates with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V range) and a maximum operating frequency of 25MHz. This logic IC offers a propagation delay of 37ns and a load capacitance of 15pF. Designed for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C) with MIL-STD-883 screening, it is housed in a 14-terminal ceramic dual in-line package.
