20-bit non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. Features integrated 30 Ohm termination resistors and operates from a 2.3V to 3.6V supply. This CMOS buffer/line driver offers a propagation delay of 2.9ns and a turn-on delay time of 6.5ns. Designed for surface mounting in a 56-pin TSSOP package, it supports a high level output current of -12mA and a low level output current of 12mA. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with RoHS compliance.
