Dual multivibrator IC featuring CMOS technology, operating from 2V to 6V with a nominal 5V supply. This surface-mount component offers two independent circuits, each with Schmitt trigger inputs, and provides a high-level output current of -5.2mA and a low-level output current of 5.2mA. Designed for general applications, it boasts a propagation delay of 19ns and a turn-on delay time of 37ns, with a low quiescent current of 8uA. Encased in a 16-pin SOIC package with gold contact plating, it is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
