BC847

The BC847 is an NPN general-purpose small-signal transistor for switching and amplification in a plastic SOT23 surface-mount package. It is rated for 45 V collector-emitter voltage and 100 mA continuous collector current, with total power dissipation up to 250 mW at 25 °C. The device operates from -65 °C to +150 °C ambient, supports a transition frequency of 100 MHz, and provides DC current gain from 110 to 800 at VCE = 5 V and IC = 2 mA. NXP specifies low parasitic capacitance and low saturation voltage, with collector capacitance up to 1.5 pF and collector-emitter saturation voltage up to 400 mV at IC = 100 mA.
