
The BLF872 is a high-power N-CHANNEL LDMOS transistor with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. It has a current rating of 16A and a drain to source breakdown voltage of 65V. The transistor is packaged in a 4-pin SOT-800-1 ceramic package and is lead-free and RoHS compliant. It is suitable for use in high-power applications where a high current rating and low on-resistance are required.
