The microcontroller combines an Arm Cortex-M4F core running up to 150 MHz with 256 KB of program flash and 256 KB of SRAM. It supports full- and low-speed USB OTG, dual QuadSPI with execute-in-place, FlexBus, SDRAM control, SDHC, I2S, SPI, I2C and LPUART interfaces. Security features include hardware cryptographic acceleration for AES, DES, 3DES, RSA and ECC, a hardware random-number generator, flash security and boot ROM support. The device operates from 1.71 V to 3.6 V across a -40 °C to 105 °C ambient temperature range in a 100-pin LQFP package.
