It provides 32 address lines, 16 data lines, two DMA channels, a 68681-compatible DUART, two 16-bit timer/counters, and four chip selects. The device family supports 16 MHz and 25 MHz operating frequencies and 3.3 V or 5 V operation. The product family is no longer manufactured and is not recommended for new designs.
