The device provides 512 KB flash, 128 KB SRAM, 86 GPIOs and a 100-pin LQFP package for industrial motor-control and general embedded applications. It supports a 1.71 V to 3.6 V operating supply and operates across a -40 °C to 125 °C temperature range. Integrated peripherals include CAN FD, LPUART, LPSPI, LPI2C, FlexPWM, quadrature decoder, 16-bit ADCs, DAC, comparators and op amps.
