Secure access module provides hardware-backed key storage and secure communication for reader devices and connected edge nodes. The module supports DES, TDEA, AES, RSA, ECC and SHA cryptographic functions, with a true random number generator compliant to AIS-31. Its contact interface supports ISO/IEC 7816 Class A, B and C operation from 1.62 V to 5.5 V and high-speed baud rates up to 1.5 Mbit/s. The U15 ordering option is specified as an unbumped 150 µm sawn wafer on film frame carrier. The operating ambient temperature range is -25 °C to +85 °C.
