Connectivity and multimedia features include USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet, CAN-FD, UART, I2C, SPI, MIPI CSI/DSI, LCD, camera, audio, ADC, DAC, and analog comparators. Industrial variants operate over a -40 °C to 105 °C junction-temperature range in a 289-pin 14 mm x 14 mm MAPBGA package.
