Features a bandwidth of 150Hz and operates from a 2.2V to 3.6V supply voltage, with a typical 3.3V operating voltage. Offers sensitivities of 740mV/g to 860mV/g, 555mV/g to 645mV/g, 277.5mV/g to 322.5mV/g, or 185mV/g to 215mV/g. This surface-mount device is housed in a 16-pin QFN package and has a maximum supply current of 800µA.
