
8-bit CISC microcontroller featuring an 80C51 core, operating at up to 16 MHz. This device includes 8KB of EPROM program memory and 256 bytes of RAM. It offers 40 programmable I/Os, three timers, and I2C/UART interfaces. Packaged in a 68-pin PLCC (Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier) for surface mounting, it supports 3.3V/5V operation with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. Eight analog-to-digital converter channels are integrated.
