Designed for surface mount installation, this integrated circuit operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It supports an operating supply voltage of up to 5.5V and an output current of 10mA, with a maximum output voltage of 6.5V. RoHS compliant and supplied on tape and reel.
