4-bit Fm+ I2C-bus low power LED driver, ideal for surface mount applications. Features four independent LED outputs with a maximum output current of 25 mA and a low level output current of 100 mA. Operates from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply voltage, consuming a maximum supply current of 150 µA. Supports a 400 kHz I2C-bus frequency and is RoHS compliant, packaged in a TSSOP-8.
