Features 24 general-purpose I/O lines, three parallel I/O ports, and operates from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a nominal 1.8V. Industrial temperature grade supports operation from -40°C to 85°C. Housed in a 32-terminal, 5mm x 5mm S-PQCC-N32 package.
