Designed for transient voltage suppression with a maximum surge current of 1.5A and peak pulse power of 16W. Operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component is packaged in a compact 1.5mm x 1.05mm SON 6-pin package.
