Operates with input voltages from 3.3 V to 22 V and a supply voltage of 4.5 to 5.5 V. Housed in a 40-pin QFN EP package with exposed pad, measuring 6x6x0.95 mm, designed for surface mounting. Extended operating temperature range from -10 °C to 100 °C.
