
Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) array offering 4 channels for ESD protection. Features a low 0.8pF capacitance per line, a 5.5V working voltage, and a 6V minimum breakdown voltage. Clamping voltage is 10V with a 1µA leakage current. This 400mW device is housed in a 3x3mm MSOP package with gold contact plating and is supplied on a 4000-piece tape and reel. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
