With a low leakage current of 1µA and a peak pulse current of 1A, this device operates at 3.3V reverse standoff voltage and 5.5V working voltage. Packaged in a 0.96x0.96mm WLCSP4 with copper, tin, silver contact plating, it operates from -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant.
