Operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a leakage current of 1uA. Packaged in a compact WLCSP10 (2.46x0.96mm) with copper, tin, and silver contact plating, supplied on tape and reel. This RoHS and Halogen Free component offers 1A peak pulse current handling.
