Features low 0.15pF capacitance per channel, 1uA leakage current, and 1A peak pulse current. Designed for ESD protection with a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5V and maximum surge current of 16A. This halogen-free, lead-free component operates from -55°C to 125°C and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
