2-channel, 3A peak output current low-side gate driver for full bridge applications. Features non-inverting driver configuration and TTL input logic compatibility. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (Small Outline IC) narrow body with gull-wing leads, suitable for surface mounting. Operates from a 4.5V to 18V supply voltage with maximum rise and fall times of 22ns and 17ns respectively. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
