Includes variable deadtime control and shutdown protection. Operates from 15V to 625V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 850µA. Packaged in an 8-pin DIP for through-hole mounting, with a maximum power dissipation of 1.25W and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
