This device is a monolithic three-phase half-bridge gate-driver IC for high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET and IGBT control. It supports bootstrap high-side operation to 600 V and provides typical source and sink drive currents of 350 mA and 650 mA for all channels. The input interface is compatible with 3.3 V and 5.0 V logic, and the high-side driver allows a typical negative VS swing to -9.8 V with 15 V supplies. Integrated protection features include under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown of all six drivers, an open-drain fault output, shoot-through prevention logic, and soft turn-off behavior.
