Three-phase half-bridge gate-driver IC for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in motor inverter stages up to 600 V. It provides six outputs with typical 350 mA source and 650 mA sink drive capability, matched propagation delay, built-in shoot-through prevention, and UVLO protection on all channels. The device includes over-current shutdown with an open-drain fault output, adjustable fault-clear timing through RCIN, and an input noise filter for HIN, LIN, and EN. It is specified for -40 °C to +125 °C operation and supplied in a 28-lead SOIC package.
