Operates from a 2.5V to 9V supply voltage with a typical supply current of 22mA. Includes over-temperature fault protection and a low output voltage of 500mV. Packaged in a surface-mount LSOP with dimensions of 8mm length, 4.4mm width, and 1.5mm height.
