Adjustable positive linear voltage regulator (LDO) with 100mA output current. Features ultra-high PSRR, 160mV dropout voltage, and a 1.26V reference voltage. Operates with input voltages from 14V to 40V, providing an adjustable output voltage up to 29.5V with ±5.0% accuracy. Packaged in a 5-lead D2PAK (TO-263-6) for surface mounting, supplied on 800-piece tape and reel. Halogen-free and lead-free construction, RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
