This integrated circuit features a 4.31V to 4.45V reset threshold range and operates from a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage. The device offers active high/active low reset with a 140ms reset timeout and a typical operating supply current of 16µA. Packaged in a halogen-free, lead-free SOIC-8 narrow body for surface mounting, it is supplied on a 2500-piece tape and reel.
