The device offers a minimum reset delay of 140ms and operates with very low supply current, typically 800nA. It supports a wide supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V and is housed in a 3-pin SC-70 (SOT-323) surface-mount package. This component is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C.
