14-stage binary ripple counter with integrated oscillator, operating from 2V to 6V supply. Features negative edge clock triggering and asynchronous reset for up, unidirectional counting. CMOS technology enables a maximum operating frequency of 50MHz with a propagation delay of 200ns. Packaged in a 1.05mm high, 4.5mm wide, 5.1mm long TSSOP surface mount package, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
