Surface mountable in an 8-pin TSSOP package with dimensions of 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm. Offers a propagation delay of 0.22ns and turn-on delay of 0.2ns. Designed for wide operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, with low nominal supply current of 14mA. Halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
