Operating from 2.375V to 3.6V, it supports data rates up to 8Gbps and a maximum frequency of 5GHz. The component is housed in a 5x5mm QFN package with a 0.5mm pitch, suitable for surface mounting. It offers a 10ns propagation delay and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This RoHS compliant, halogen-free device is supplied in a 74-unit rail/tube.
