This device is an isolated high current IGBT gate driver with internal galvanic isolation. It provides a single output that can be configured for high-side or low-side drive. The driver supports up to 24 V supply voltage and 7.8 A peak output current with 60 ns turn-on delay and 66 ns turn-off delay. Rise time is 14 ns and fall time is 19 ns. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
