This isolated single-channel gate driver is designed for IGBT and MOSFET power stages and provides 3.75 kVrms internal galvanic isolation. It delivers up to +6.5 A and -6.5 A peak output current, accepts complementary inputs, and supports 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V logic input levels with input bias up to 20 V. Version C provides separate high and low driver outputs for design flexibility, and the device is offered in a narrow-body SOIC-8 package. It is UL1577 certified for 3750 VACRMS for 1 minute and is specified as Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.
