This isolated single-channel gate driver provides +6.5 A/-6.5 A peak output current for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs in high-power applications. It uses 3.75 kVrms internal galvanic isolation and accepts 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V logic inputs. The C-version provides separate OUTH and OUTL driver outputs for flexible turn-on and turn-off path design. It is offered in a narrow-body SOIC-8 package for industrial applications. The package is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.
