It provides 2.5 kVrms galvanic isolation, typical peak drive capability of +7 A and -7.5 A, and supports logic input levels from 3.3 V to 20 V. The output side operates with bias voltages up to 30 V, with typical 60 ns turn-on and turn-off propagation delays, 10 ns rise time, and 15 ns fall time. The device is offered in a narrow-body SOIC-8 package and supports operation from -40 °C to 125 °C ambient with 100 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity.
