Surface mount PWM controller featuring Soft-Skip™ standby operation. This DC/DC controller supports flyback topology with a maximum output current of 800mA and an output voltage up to 20V. It operates with a frequency range up to 100kHz and a maximum duty cycle of 80%. The component is housed in a SOIC package, measures 5mm in length, 4mm in width, and 1.5mm in height, and is supplied on a 2500-piece reel. It is RoHS compliant and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
