High-efficiency 1.7 MHz buck converter, delivering up to 1A output current with adjustable output voltage from 900mV to 3.9V, and a fixed 1.2V option. This DC-DC controller features a 96% efficiency, low ripple, and operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range. The compact 2x2mm UDFN6 package is surface mountable and designed for tape and reel packaging. It includes a synchronous rectifier and is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.
