Ultra-low quiescent current (Iq) linear voltage regulator (LDO) with a fixed 3.3V output voltage. Delivers 150 mA output current with a nominal dropout voltage of 0.18V at 150 mA. Features a 5-terminal TSOP-5 package (R-PDSO-G5) with dual terminal positions, measuring 1.5mm width and 3mm length. Operates from a 4.3V to 5.5V input voltage range, with an absolute maximum input of 6V. Offers tight voltage regulation with a maximum line regulation of 0.000792 and load regulation of 0.02. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
