The LNK305G-TL is a surface mount power management IC from Power Integrations. It is designed for use in buck-boost and flyback topologies with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. The device features fault protection against over temperature and short circuit conditions. It is available in a plastic surface mount DIP-8 package and is packaged on a tape and reel. The LNK305G-TL is not RoHS compliant.
