Dual positive edge-triggered D flip-flop with complementary outputs, operating at up to 300MHz. This CMOS logic IC features two independent D-type flip-flop elements, each with a single-ended input and non-inverting output. Designed for surface mounting in a 14-pin TSSOP package, it supports a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V and offers high/low level output currents of -24mA/24mA respectively. With a propagation delay of 14ns and turn-on delay of 5ns, it operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
