Offers 6.1V minimum breakdown voltage and 7.2V maximum breakdown voltage, with a 3V reverse standoff voltage. This surface mount component in a QFN package provides 30W peak pulse power and 3A peak pulse current handling. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, with a low leakage current of 70nA.
