The HTS221 is a capacitive humidity sensor with a response time of 10 seconds, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. It is designed to operate on a supply voltage of 3.6V and is packaged in a HLGA package type. The sensor is RoHS compliant and does not contain any Reach SVHC compliant materials. It is suitable for use in environmental sensing applications, including relative humidity measurement.
